Visual-Environment 16.0 is now available.

Release Highlights:

• Support for CSM Solver in Visual-AM.
• Within Visual-Cast, a new workflow for Co-design to check the design of a casting component based on geometrical measurements and solidification results.
• Support of near radiated fields for CEM-TD in Visual-CEM. 
• Extensive Material Database along with various features for ease of use in Visual-CFD.
• Within Visual-Crash PAM, the Estimate Stamping Effects tool widely used for chaining solutions, enhanced to support MMAT and CATGEN formats. Many models display and display attributes enhancements.
• Visual-FORM, allows export of PAM-FORM results into LS-DYNA format. In Visual-Distortion, CPU improvements for laminate characterization.
• A Virtual Surface Quality Measurement tool enabling fast and easy analysis of deflections, waviness and roughness along a user defined profile with Visual-Machining.
• Improved CAD handling during import, and improved mesh editing management and usability in Visual-Mesh.
• Within Visual-Seat, for Static Comfort, a dedicated human models positioner and for Thermal Comfort, a workflow to support and ease Seat Thermal modeling.
• New UI for Fracture Mechanics pre-treatment in Visual-SYSTUS.
• Visual-Viewer comes with selective model loading to let you decide and pre-select the simulation data to load into the application. Choose and load the animation states as well as the required result components from the available data.
• Within Visual-Assembly, pre-positioning and holding advisors merged in one single advisor named “Positioning Advisor”. In Visual-Weld and Visual-Heat Treatment, Chaining Simulation Solution uses CATGEN format.
