This training is intended for engineers in charge of mechanical and/or thermomechanical studies according to the regulatory code RCC-M.

目的

The objective of this training is to provide the necessary knowledge to perform thermomechanical studies, based on examples of practical applications. Measurable objectives are defined in order to evaluate the progress.

要件

Knowledge of the finite element method and the RCC-M regulations.

  • 1st day - Visual-Environment
    • Presentation of the Visual-Mesh meshing tool
    • Two-dimensional and Three-dimensional meshing
    • Mesh verification tools
    • Practical exercises
  • 2nd day - Linear mechanics
    • Pre-processing, linear mechanics and post-processing
    • Practical exercises
  • 3rd day - Non-linear mechanics and thermal analysis
    • Non-linear mechanics and me-chanical contacts
    • Linear and non-linear thermal analysis
    • Practical exercises
  • 4th day - Thermal and thermome-chanical analysis
    • Linear and non-linear thermal analysis (practical exercises)
    • Linear and non-linear thermomechanical analysis
    • Practical exercises
  • 5th day - Regulatory analysis with the RCC-M module
    • Use of the Cross-Section tool
    • Regulatory analyzes RCC-M: 1st and 2nd categories
