USERS FUNCTION FOR PYTHON LANGUAGE IN SYSTUS:

• In addition to the SIL, the PYTHON language has been integrated in SYSTUS version 2016. Since then, users' functions have been developed.

X-FEM:

• The commands for definition and treatment of X - FEM have been totally reviewed and simplified in order to be more ergonomic and a preprocessing command has been created in order to calculate the levels-sets from the elements defining the crack.

TOPAZE: A new application dedicated to topological optimization

In the field of shape optimization, a disruptive application to solve shape optimization, using an innovating mixture of level set technology and topological optimization is available.

In addition to the standard constraints, it allows to take into account the constraints related to the manufacturing process such as molding, as well as semi-infinite constraints.

The first industrial version of this application is available now with SYSTUS 2017.0  in Visual-Environment 13.5
