ESI Virtual Performance Solution is a unique solution allowing manufacturers to face emerging design challenges — including those related to lightweight and green vehicles — while avoiding over-engineering.

It enables design and simulation engineers to test rapidly their innovations on virtual prototypes, rather than real ones. Virtual Performance Solution also offers a distinctive approach, allowing the virtual testing of product performance across multiple domains using a single core model.

Virtual Performance Solution 2022 introduce new capacity for user to create customized plugin for material modelling. Some particular efforts have also been done to improve modelling of seat belt more accurately. In addition, implicit solution has been improved by introducing edge to edge contact and an improved numerical integration scheme in nonlinear transient.
