ESI Virtual Seat Solution is a solution dedicated to the virtual prototyping of seats. It empowers OEMs and seat suppliers to design, manufacture, test, improve and pre-certify their seat prototypes, fully and virtually, without the need for costly physical prototypes.

Ground transportation version of Virtual Seat Solution

• Seat Modeling: automatic foam meshing.
• H-Point Optimization: new functionality to recommend the right foam material properties to reach a targeted H-Point.
• Whiplash: New seat positioner.
• Thermal Comfort: Heating pad and Thermostat management are proposed in this version. Human models now take into account temperature and include thermal comfort information.

Aeronautic version of Virtual Seat Solution

• Certification:  A fully guided process for HIC is proposed in this version.
• Human Model postures: a positioner motion support the set-up of new postures for human models.

Human models of Virtual Seat Solution

• Elderly, overweight and disable human models: are now available.
