ESI Visual-Environment 21.0 is primarily meant for the Virtual Manufacturing applications of ESI. A few Highlights of this version include:

In Visual-Cast, performance improvements in Optimization workflow and Lookup table support for Material data .

In BM-Stamp, a new clamping methodology for speeding up the spring back on control fixture computation by a factor 10 apart from many new tooling and process abilities such as Variable blank holder force, retractable support and hot-forming.

Mesh quality contours and Data Checks in Visual-FORM, contiguous selection across parts for Process condition definition on element faces in Visual-RTM and Visual-Distortion.

Smart Excel Weld Process Plan in Visual-Weld (CSM).

Improved batch meshing of 2d weld beads and collector management in Visual-Mesh.
