VPS Implicit - Dynamics (Modal Analysis and NVH)

DESCRIPTION

In this course, the participants will be introduced to linear structural dynamics and working with the NVH application integrated with VPS. Harmonic analyses and their structure will be discussed. Furthermore, the result analysis for NHV simulations is a focus of this course.

  • Result analyses: Mode shapes, modal participation, operational shapes
  • Exercise: Simply supported beam

Day 2 – NVH Analysis

  • Result analyses: Transfer functions, dynamic stiffness
  • Exercise: Harmonic response of car body
